Mr Sanandiya had more than 18+ years of rich experience in planning, Organizing, and directing daily operations. He excelled in Planning, Developing and Implementing Communications Strategies, Preparing Reports and Responding to Customer Complaints. Mr Sanandiya had a knack of Generating ideas for product selection as per different applications and Evaluating the Market. Delivering presentations on product/service, conducting Road Shows, participating in trade shows, and negotiating large contracts was his strength. He had a unique ability to make cold calls and was an expert at maintaining existing accounts and generating new customers. With equal ease he Interacted and communicated with the corporate clients.
As the CEO of ZAMINDIA, Mr Sanandiya as major Collaboration was with Zambello which was initiated in 2013. As CEO, the core work he handled was to Appoint Dealers, Conducted Sales, Marketing and Business development In-house Seminars, Presentations and Road Shows in pane of India. Mr Sanandiya would always Initiate the first contact with prospective customer and enjoyed developing new Big OEMs business. Another area of expertise of his was to diversify OEM / Big Project to the End Users/customers on technical base and executing the same to customers related to our range. Mr Sanandiya was quick to respond to customer complaints and was prompt in communicating and maintaining business with corporate clients.
The family of Mr Sanandiya is carrying forward his legacy of leadership due to his unfortunate and untimely demise. Mr Sanandiya was indeed a true leader as Bill Owens has rightly pointed out “True leadership lies in guiding others to success. In ensuring that everyone is performing at their best, doing the work they are pledged to do and doing it well.”
